Chateau Le Freyche – St Emilion
History
Located in Saint Pey d’Armens, one of the eight parcels making up St Emilion, Château Le Freyche is a small of estate of 3.6 hectares composed of 75% merlot and 25% cabernet franc. Established in 1970 by Henri Domézil, it is currently managed by his son, Claude, producing wines with silky tannins and delicate aromas of fresh, delicious red fruit.
Tasting Notes
Cherry red colour, very fruity on the palate. A very aromatic wine well balanced and robust. Suggested food pairings: Red meat, steak and frites
