Ulmus Sauvignon Blanc
Loire, France

This beautifully textured Sauvignon Blanc is produced just a few miles from the world-famous vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé in the Loire, home to some of France’s finest white wines. Offering similar quality and characteristics to its better-known neighbours, the wine balances fragrant citrus fruit and herbal notes with a refreshing acidity and clean finish.

Ulmus Malbec
Mendoza, Argentina

Malbec is the flagship red wine from Argentina renowned for its intense colour and expressive fruit characteristics. Sourced from premier vineyard sites in the Uco Valley in Mendoza, this refined Malbec has enticing aromas of ripe black fruits and spice, which combine with silky smooth tannins to deliver a satisfying, lingering finish. The wine was created by Daniel Pi, one of Argentina’s most talented winemakers.

Ulmus Barbaresco
Piedmont, Italy

Hailing from the rolling hills of the bountiful Piedmont region, Barbaresco DOCG is one of the great red wines of Italy, sharing cult status with its famous neighbour, Barolo. Made with the noble Nebbiolo grape, Barbaresco is known for its perfumed aromas and rich, spicy characteristics. This elegant example has been made by Achille Boroli, a rising star of the region.

Ulmus Bulls Blood
Hungary

Legend has it that Egri Bikaver or “Bulls Blood”, as it is better known, inspired the mighty Magyars to defeat the invading Ottomans in 1456. Whilst we can’t claim this wine will repel an invading army, we can say that it will inspire your taste buds! A heady blend of 6 grape varieties with dark, tarry fruit, red cherry aromas and a silky texture.
